Out of 101 Tech ETFs analyzed, the average Tech ETFs had a very strong week with a rise of 2.52% compared to last weeks 1.19% gain.
The top 4 of the week each had less than 65 holdings.
$ARKW and $XWEB repeated being in this group for the second week in a row.
Weekly Changes ($1b+ AUM):
Out of 25 Tech ETFs which have over $1b in assets under management, the average Tech ETFs stayed positive with a 2.63% rise (compared to last weeks 0.41% rise), outperforming the smaller ETFs.
$ARKK, $ARKW and $SKYY were also all in the top 3 of this category last week as well as this week.
Following last weeks transition, this weeks run continued to be dominated by cloud ETFs.
Weekly Changes (100+ Holdings):
For the 21 ETFs in this group with greater than 100 Holdings, the average return for the week was a similar 2.47% (compared to 0.42% last week).
The average ranking out of 101 for 100+ Holding ETFs is 55 with an average YTD return of 33%.
The average ranking for <100 Holding ETFs is 45 with an average return of 44%.
Year to Date Changes (Overall):
YTD, the 94 ETFs in this group is currently up 41%, above the $SPY 14.6%.
At the top end, just 2 Tech ETFs are above 100% YTD with the next 3 closing in.
